Census India has given a provision to download the geocodes of villages of the entire country here http://www.censusindia.gov.in/2011census/Listofvillagesandtowns.aspx.
However, I was not able to download any of the info for the last two months. It was then a big surprise that the site started responding very fast from yesterday afternoon.
I have compiled all the geocodes statewise - both rural and urban - in this google spreadsheet
